At Ymbite, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure every order is delivered accurately, on time, and in the best condition. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted.
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
Order not delivered: If your order was not delivered at all due to delivery partner failure or technical issues.
Wrong order delivered: If you receive an item that is completely different from what you ordered.
Missing items: If major food items are missing from your delivered order.
Expired or spoiled food: If the food is visibly spoiled, unsafe to consume, or past its expiry time at the time of delivery.
Order cancelled: If you cancel the order before the restaurant starts preparing your food.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
If you cancel the order after preparation has started.
If the food is not to your personal taste or expectations.
If the delivery is delayed due to traffic or weather but still delivered.
If incorrect address or contact details were provided by the user.
If the order was pre-paid and successfully delivered as per app tracking.
If you believe you're eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:
Go to the Ymbite app and navigate to your order history.
Select the order and click on “Report an Issue”.
Choose the relevant issue and attach photo evidence (if applicable).
Submit the request within 2 hours of receiving the delivery.
Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
If approved, refunds will be processed in the original payment method:
eSewa / Khalti / Bank Transfer: Within 3–5 business days.
Cash on Delivery orders: Refunds will be credited to your Ymbite Wallet.
Wallet credits can be used for future orders on Ymbite.
Any misuse of this policy, including frequent false claims or chargebacks, may lead to temporary or permanent suspension of your Ymbite account.
