Welcome to Ymbite! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ymbite app, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

To use Ymbite, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Service Description

Ymbite connects users with partner restaurants and delivery personnel to order food. We do not prepare food or deliver directly — we act as a facilitator between you, the restaurant, and delivery partners.

3. Orders and Payments

  • All orders placed through Ymbite are subject to restaurant availability and confirmation.

  • Prices listed include applicable taxes but may exclude delivery fees or discounts unless stated.

  • You must make payments through our supported payment methods (e.g., digital wallet, card, COD).

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellation may not be possible, especially if the restaurant has started preparing it.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery time is an estimate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other conditions.

  • You must be available to receive the order at the delivery address you provide.

  • If you are unreachable or fail to collect the order, you may still be charged.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes

  • Impersonate another person or provide false information

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

  • Harass, abuse, or threaten any restaurant staff, delivery partner, or Ymbite team member

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

6. Refunds and Complaints

  • Refunds may be granted in cases of incorrect, missing, or spoiled items, subject to investigation.

  • Contact our support within [24 hours] of the incident at support@ymbite.com with order details.

  • Final decisions rest with Ymbite after verifying with the restaurant and delivery partner.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Ymbite (logos, design, text, code) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not use or reproduce any part of it without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ymbite is not liable for:

  • Food quality, allergies, or hygiene concerns (handled by the restaurant)

  • Delays or failed deliveries beyond our control

  • Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms. We will notify users of major changes via email or app notification.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of competent jurisdiction in [insert your city], Nepal.
